To be eligible to receive Unemployment Insurance payments, you're supposed to be available to work. However, you can go to school full time if you are approved for C.A.T. (Commissioner Approved Training) through the state of Washington.

You may also be eligible for Worker Retraining help to attend college if you are unemployed, as defined by the Southwest Washington Development Council demand/not in demand list.
