LCC offers low-cost English as a Second Language classes to help adult immigrants learn English skills. We emphasize life skills and communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, citizenship and computers.
ESL students also get information on life in the community, civics, cultural topics, family literacy and work skills.
Classes cost $25 per quarter, but we have financial help for those who need it. ESL classes meet at several locations, including LCC, Broadway Head Start, Goodwill and Woodland Middle School.
You can sign up anytime during the quarter. The first time you attend, we will test your skills and register you for classes in your skill level.
